Butler Art Museum – As a pro-bono community activity, created an introductory pamphlet for the museum in 2007. The museum is still making reprints for distribution each year
Ohio Cultural Alliance Website – As a pro-bono community activity, designed, created and continue to maintain the website for the Ohio Cultural Alliance, a 501(c)3 organization. The site, located at www.ohioculturalalliance.org, uses the Joomla content management format.
Akron Marathon – As a pro-bono community activity volunteered with the Summa Health group to setup and man one of the First Aid stations for the 2011 marathon.
Diving – SSI Certified diver working towards Master Diver certification. Though I enjoy the recreational aspects of diving, I intend to let local authorities know of my skill in the event underwater search or rescue is required. Current Specialty certifications in Deep Diving, Stress and Rescue, Wreck Diving, Limited Visibility Diving, Night Diving and Enriched Gas Diving.
Biking – Regular rider off-road and trails. Summer rides 2011 included a half-day 50 mile route on the Cuyahoga Towpath trail.
Cuyahoga Conservancy – In 2011, became a member of the Cuyahoga Conservancy to help maintain the first-in-class status of the park system through fund raising and community events and to foster a healthy activity for technology-minded individuals.
Guitar – Enjoy playing in small and very private groups. Participated in a few community choral events and found it very rewarding.
